Fast service and good, flavorful pho! I don't really order anything else when I come here, so I can't speak for the rest of the menu. I always get #22 Chicken Pho. It's currently $8.55 at the time of this post. My SO has ordered the egg noodle soup (#118) and he enjoys it. The other pho flavors are good from what I've heard.
The service is really fast and efficient. You get a free soda with entree and they currently have free Thai tea with yelp check in.
The parking lot can be congested during peak hours but there's always been a spot when I went.
No complaints here! -

I wrote a review on this place a while back when the quality of food began to decline. They are under new management and the place is better then it has ever been! Everything my family ordered was on point and we really enjoyed it! The new waiters are friendly, fast, and take care of business!
Don't let the old reviews stop you from going here!!!!!! -

My wife and I have been eating at California Noodle and Grill for over 5 years now.
The food quality is always good and the staff are super helpful.
My favorite dish: #75 Bun with pork and an egg roll. Never disappoints. -

This was one of the first pho restaurants I was exposed to growing up so I'm going to break this review up into two parts: introduction to pho/vietnamese food and after working at a pho restaurant/eating vietnamese food often.
1. Introduction to Pho/Vietnamese Food
My parents were super into pho and naturally they'd bring me and my brothers along. In the beginning stages of my journey with Vietnamese food, I would love coming here. The portion sizes were really good, the food came out fast and the flavors were so new to me. It also pleasantly surprised me how cheap Vietnamese food was. I would always order the Pho Dac Biet (the meat special) and a thai tea or coconut water. This was my staple meal at California Noodle & Grill.
2. After working at a Pho restaurant/Eating Vietnamese food often
I used to work at a pho restaurant for almost 2 years and during my time there I began to appreciate and love pho much more. Now I understand the importance of quality in the noodles, broth and meat. I've come back to this location a few times since then and I will say everything is rather average. It tastes as though the broth is made with powder and the meat is hit or miss.
Pros:
-cheap
-great drink options
-tasty appetizers
Cons:
-weak broth flavor
-questionable meat quality (at times)
-service is dodgy -

Great food, good service, decent price. You can ask for free Thai tea or drink if check in on yelps. They are also really fast if you order for lunch to go
